I am from a family that doesnt communicate much, except for those "have you eaten?", "Sleep early" kind of questions. I was looking for a deeper emotional support. After going for therapy, I felt the support I needed and I was able to share and analyze my thoughts much better.

I was skeptical about therapy at first, with the stigma and so on. But after being recommended by a friend to go to TTM, I have never felt better, I feel my thoughts are clearer and I am more aware of the behaviours and thoughts that will help me live a more enjoyable life.
My child has been going through a tough time in school. His behaviour has caused him to be withdrawn socially. However, after seeking help from TTM, my child and I was able to work with TTM. And this has helped my child greatly.
